Sirius animal shelter in Ukraine
Il animal shelter Sirius welcomes and cares every day over 3000 animals without a home. As you can imagine, there is a lot of work to do and it has increased exponentially starting from February 24, 2022.
For several years the Sirius shelter has been taking care of homeless animals in and around Kyiv, but since the beginning of the war there situation is increasingly serious and we need all the help we can get from everyone.
Sirius takes care of giving shelter, food and medical care to our 4-legged friends to solve the problem of strays. In these months of war there has been another negative impact on Ukrainian society, already in difficulty on all humanitarian fronts.
Another of their commitments is to try to evacuate animals from cities temporarily occupied by the Russians, to prevent even greater disasters among the animals. It's not an easy job, Sirius needs our help.
Sirius shelter is located in Fedorivka in the Kyiv region accepts international donations.
